Snapshot	ProjectVAccountSnapshot	The Account state when the command finished; never null.
IsSuccess	bool	True when the command finished without an error. After a deletion, also check ProjectVAccountSnapshot.RemoteDeletionSucceeded: the account can be deleted even when this is false.
