ProjectVPresentationLifetimeScope class

The root VContainer scope that provides every ProjectV presenter and screen, such as IProjectVLobbyScreen and IProjectVShopScreen. Put it on the same GameObject as an initialized ProjectVSdkProvider. Scene scopes based on ProjectVLoginSceneScope and ProjectVAuthenticatedSceneScope use it as their parent. Only one stays alive; extra copies destroy themselves.
